Ive got a 1972 El Camino that is an Original Big Block car. Its a U code, which denotes a 402 BBC. The car is a roller with disc brakes and a 10 bolt rear end. However I do have the original 3.31 12 bolt posi rearend that came under the car from the factory. It does however need to be fully gone threw, the bearings are shot. The car also has a Cowl Hood with the flapper, disc brakes in the front, it does have the big block 2 pc steering shaft, and the rear braces. The frame is very clean. The car is originally flame orange with a black bench seat interior. Column shift automatic. It will need some work on the floor pans and the bed. The doors fenders and quarters are pretty rusty. The car does roll on 4 wheels now freely. I am willing to sell the car as is with out the 12 bolt, but it is available to the purchaser for an extra 800.
