Vehicle Detail
1972 BMW 3.0 Euro car with blue cloth interior, 4 speed, and manual roll up windows. KPH Gauge re-calibrated to read miles, and is currently at 85k Runs, and drives fantastic. Originally a silver car, but is now white. The paint is very nice, but not perfect. Please see windshield pillar photos, paint has a crack there on both sides. The nose has some discoloration underneath the chrome trim due to rust / prep prior to paint but is solid. Originally a blue plate California car (plates in perfect shape come with car), but was moved up to Oregon where it spent a few years before being sold. Rebuilt carbs and powder coated intake, all new interior in close to immaculate shape. The dash is original, and does have 1 hair line size crack on the left hand side. Tools, Spare, Jack. The car seems solid, but has been completely undercoated. You can see on the passenger side rear skirt that there was / is some rust the size of a dime. Hop in, and enjoy or restore to perfection and original color. I work at one of the biggest shipping companies in the world, and can have the vehicle delivered anywhere for a good price. If the buyer is far away I can arrange transportation, and pay on delivery to driver. Any questions please call (213) 308-4478 my name is Yev. I would like to answer any questions you may have prior to purchasing the car! Update 5/24 : To all interested parties the vehicle has been dropped off at a very reputable BMW restoration shop in Costa Mesa, CA. The owner of the shop, Jeff at T&P Motorsports has put the car on a lift, and pointed out all the flaws and possible rust spots / repairs done in the past. Once the auction ends I will expect a phone call to go over the car to the new owner should the reserve be met. I would very much like the new owner to speak to Jeff as well in such case. Thank you, and happy bidding.
