This 2002 BMW Xi is an AWD vehicle. I purchased it new and have been the only owner. It has always been garaged. It has seen very little winter, because we have been spending winters south since 2004 and the car is stored in my garage. The car has been well maintained mechanically with regular oil changes and any necessary repairs. The body is in very good condition with no rust. The car handles well and the suspension and steering are firm. It has factory navigation. Although it works OK the technology is old by today's standards. A full set of maps are on 12 CDs. New tires and front brakes (disks, calipers, and pads) were installed this spring The automatic temperature control works well; however, the air conditioning is not working. My mechanic has leak tested, recharged the system, and replaced the compressor. He now believes that the problem is the evaporator coil or a connection to it. I gave up and am selling it as is. Successful bidder will be responsible for pick up or delivery. I am located in Chaumont. NY which is approx. 15 miles west of Watertown. I will assist with the delivery within 100 miles.
