For sale is a 1981 GMC fire truck miles 24,967 that Black Hawk Fire Dept put out of service because it did not pass the pump test (during the test under full load the pump started to make some noise so they shut it down before it did any more damage it still pumps just fine just has some noise) In the last few year it has got new leaf spring all the way around, carburetor rebuilt new cap and rotor plugs. fixed some oil and coolant leaks. The engine runs strong; burn very little oil. All warning lights have been removed. The water tank holds 1,000 gallons and the pump is rated for 1,000GMP has a dump tank valve. This would make a great farm water truck. Not recommended to be put back into the fire service the pump is going out.
