You are looking at a 1985 HONDA XL 600 R Parts Bike. The rolling chassis is in pretty good condition and was stored in a garage for quite a few years. The tank is in good condition with no dents. The tank is dirty inside from old gas but does not appear to have any rust inside. However the engine was disassembled and stored outside in the elements and is a total loss. The seat was also left outside and needs new foam and cover. The frame and suspension is straight as well as the pegs and all of the misc. mounting brackets for everything. It does not look like the bike was ever crashed. Just neglected. I purchased this bike from the original owner who had lost the title, registration and the key. I checked the VIN. # with the CA. DMV and there are no legal issues with the bike. ( No liens and not stolen ). So just to be clear there is NO TITLE, REGISTRATION OR KEY with this bike. However there is a California license plate on the bike 9Z3379 which according to the CA. DMV is non-op since 1991 and is in the name of the original owner. ( I have the bill of sale from the original owner). I will not box, crate or wrap any parts or the bike itself for shipping. However I will make myself available for pick up for the buyer or the shipping company that the buyer hires. I will not be responsible for any shipping charges for this item.
