Up for auction is an absolutely beautiful Honda MB 50.I have just purchased this bike from St. Louis with the intention of modifying it for the true grits ride in Ga. this fall.When the shipper dropped the bike off, I could not believe what a pristine example I had found. I decided I am not going to modify this bike at all. Instead I am going to sell it and buy something else,something not as nice.This bike was a one owner,rode around on the back of his motor home when not kept in his garage.The bike has only 825 miles on it.To keep it as original as possible,I have only replaced what was really needed. I installed two new Michelin Gazelles.The battery was replaced,(I kept the original).Two bulbs in the speedometer were replaced.I replaced the tranny fluid, and the injector oil.As you can see in the pics,there is a small spot where paint is missing on the left cover and a scuff mark on the rear cowling.Other than that,this bike is probably the nicest, untouched example of an MB5 you are going to see.I have the title and original bill of sale,also all the original paper work when the gentleman bought this bike back in '82.The tool kit is there along with the owners manual.The bike cranks easily and idles very nice. I have ridden the bike a total of 21 miles, runs great with no problems whatsoever.I promise you this,if you want an extremely beautiful example of an unmolested MB5, this is the one you want.I will try and answer any and all questions you may have. If you want the bike shipped, I will make the bike available to the shipper and assist in any way possible. I will not build a crate or take it to the shipper,must be picked up at my home.
