Own a highly collectible 1981 DeLorean DMC-12 with only 17,291 original miles. This car, equipped with a 3-speed automatic transmission. The current owner purchased the car in 1982. The car has been in storage since 1987. All original paperwork is in excellent condition (see pictures). There is a copy of the original title signed by John Delorean himself (see pictures). The car has new tires. The fuel system was replaced earlier this year. The car is in excellent running condition. The exterior is in great shape (see pictures). Known problems; Idles at 1,100 RPM The interior has damage to the leather seats and dash due to the extreme sunlight in Las Vegas, Nevada (see pictures). There is "no reserve" for this listing. This car has been part of our collection for many years. The only reason we are selling this car is because we are not as young as we used to be and have a very hard time getting in and out of the car and it is a shame to just watch this car sit.
