Vehicle Detail
1973 Chrysler Imperial Lebaron 4dr Hardtop. Fully loaded with leather interior, telescopic wheel, power seats, windows, locks and air conditioning. Runs good and is in good shape for it's age but will need a new set of tires and thoroughly inspected before regular use. The body is in good shape but the pain is showing signs of age with a few minor rust spots. There's also a scuff on the bumper and some other minor interior and exterior repairs that will need to be made if you want a weekend show car. It is a 100% complete original 1974 Imperial Lebaron with the 440 engine and owners manual. It could easily be fully restored to show condition for anyone looking to own and show off one of Chrysler's most luxurious cars of the 70s. A viewer asked if there are any cracks on the dash - there are none. On Jul-04-14 at 07:16:18 PDT, seller added the following information: I just had the Imperial out for a drive. It started right up and it purrs like a kitten. Hard to believe a big 440 like that can run so smooth and quiet. While getting it out though, I noticed it clearly developed a leak in the power brake booster. You can hear the hiss from the booster when you apply the brakes. The brakes do still work but it's a bit harder to apply them w/o that booster working. Aside from that, it drove straight with lots of power and very quiet. I've been getting request for more pics and posted a few here: http://1drv.ms/1ohxCDHOn Jul-06-14 at 05:33:02 PDT, seller added the following information: Hey everyone. A viewer informed me that the tail lights are 1972 style tail lights. A search on 72 and 73 Imperials does show a different tail light each of those years and this one does have the 72 style lenses. My father owned the car since the early 90s and never had the tail lights changed or mentioned that the prior owner changed them, but it appears that they must have been.
