Vehicle Detail
This 1957 Packard belonged to Dr. Cade, inventor of Gatorade from Gainesville FL. He planned on restoring it but did not get around to it. This vehicle has virtually no rust other than a few pinholes on the entire car. It is as rust free as you will find I guarantee it. The engine has been rebuilt and runs excellent. It also has a rebuilt McCullough supercharger. The radiator has been re-cored and the transmission has a also been rebuilt by a master rebuilder that specializes in borg warner transmissions. The shifting linkage still needs to be adjusted properly. The car can be started and loaded onto a trailer. The brakes and master cylinder are also new. The car also has a new exhaust and an excellent used gas tank that comes with the car. The car has power windows. It also comes with an extra dash board and many parts such as lower front bumper piece which is NOS and cost me $500.00. I have a NOS hood ornament, grill pieces, grill emblem, good used hood, lenses and nos clock. It also comes with NOS trim pieces that go along the side on the body. I have old style nos seat covers on it. It will need a new interior to be restored correctly. The headliner needs to be replaced also. All glass is excellent. The car is located in Sebastian Florida on the east coast of Florida 1 1/2 hours east of Orlando.
