I bought this as a project and never touched it. The carbs were ultrasonically cleaned and put in a bag. Its a project so you'll have to go over the usual stuff from it sitting. The engine has no leaks and spins over fine. Take a good look at the pictures and email me if you have a question. It is not perfect but is an excellent bike to make a Cafe'. NO PAYPAL.
