TITLE HAS AN EXISTING LIEN. I have physical possession of the bike and the title. Title has an existing lien on it that I am currently in contract to satisfy the lien. The lien holder is not interested in the bike. I am currently in a payment plan for the lien balance over the next 24 months, but I have no use for the bike anymore bc I no longer ride. I will provide the buyer with all of my contact information so that once the lien is removed he/she will be notified and sent release papers. On Jun-11-14 at 19:28:08 PDT, seller added the following information: Found out today after discussing with lien holder about payment plan that the statute of limitation on debt 7 years in NYC has expired. The bank that had the loan is closed and I am working on getting a release letter. I have the title but i have no assurance of how long it will take to get the release letter.
