2004 Other Makes Pantera 750W Electric Scooter

Black with red accent stripes and flames on cowl. Seat is like new and tires are fair. Some scratches here and there. The scooter comes complete with new charger. The batteries are good (lead acid) and can be replaced for better performance. The electric throttle needs replacement and the new turn signal/light/horn assembly needs to be hooked up. I'm including all the spare parts and 2 additional chargers. As far as I know the motor and brain are good. The bike does charge up and run, but without the necessary throttle you cannot control the speed. She is basically in "limp" mode. I am including the original manual and brochure. She is being sold as is and shown. She is worth fixing up. Her top speed is 50 Kilometers and has a range of 50 miles. She has been sitting in my garage for almost 9 months. But as I said she does hold a charge and will run. This an electric vehicle and does not require a license to operate nor does it need registration, therefore it only requires a bill of sale. there is no title! Comparable to an electric wheelchair, but she can handle 2 people easily. I am the second owner and I put the 5K on her. I just had major surgery last week so I can't fix her till fall, might as well let someone else have her this summer. No disappointments, parts can still be ordered too! (After-market stuff will work if you're handy too!) :)
