You are bidding on a very rare 1965 Mustang A CODE 289 4bbl car that has been professionally restored and 100% fitted with every GT option! It is one of the most pristine examples of a 1965 Mustang GT that you will ever see on the street! This car was restored in 2011 and has only been driven less than 100 miles since its completion! The motor is the original 289 4bbl A code stamped motor and was removed during restoration to insure that the car was repainted correctly. The vehicle has been a California rust free car for its life and has no welded quarter panels and patch work which is why this car was chosen to be restored! The suspension was replaced and brand new oem SS wheels and tires installed. The interior was also replaced including the carpet and all chrome interior parts. The body was prepped and repainted by a very reputable restoration shop. One of the most important aspects during restoration was to insure that the car’s body was perfect. To insure this the car was BLOCK SANDED MULTIPLE TIMES RESULTING IN A COMPLETELY SMOOTH PANELS DOWN THE SIDES WITH NO RIPPLES! The vehicle body and paint show better than when the car was new!
