This auction is for a "matching number" 1980 Corvette Coupe with a 350 V8 and factory 4 speed.. It was just recently traded in on a brand new Corvette by a man who bought this car when it was ONE year old.. It has been repainted and looks great. The pictures show that the overall condition of this car is nice..This car starts right up with no issues and the clutch is strong. The transmission shifts flawlessly and it is a pleasure to drive. The tires are like new. This car is Claret [maroon] with Claret leather seats.. The original carpet is in good condition but is slightly faded [see pics]..It has removable roof panels that are in good shape... The pouches for the tops are included ..The headlight doors work quickly. The door panels, seats, headliner and dash are in good condition and all of the gauges work..The speedometer and tach work also..The tires are like new and the alloy wheels are in good shape.. The original spare is still underneath.. This Corvette is a keeper.
