Hello, I have an original 1966 Chevrolet Impala, 396ci. 2 door hardtop for sale. I would say this is an outrageous “barn find” but is hasn't been stored in a barn! It has however been sitting in the same place for around 30 years, give or take. The windows haven’t been shot out and in fact the keys were still in the ignition, manuals still in the glove box. The cars, trucks, tractors and other items I will be listing in the next few months are from an estate of one of my closest, oldest Friend’s family. There are some super rare cars I will be adding as I get more information on them. These cars have all sat outside since they were new and were used as storage units after they were parked, it has taken a toll on the interiors, mice, grease and other nasty smells and some wiring but the units are MOSTLY complete, some may be missing small items but for the most part these cars were driven (between 1960 -1975) to where they are parked and not been ran or messed with since. None of these cars have ever been “restored” or altered in any way, everything that is on them came from the factory like it sits. Look carefully at the pics and remember that is exactly what you will be getting, nothing more or less. We are honest people and want to be treated honestly too, I will do my very best to answer any questions you might have. For the right people these cars can be brought back and be worth up to $50K+! I don’t even know how to start but here it goes with the 1966 Chevrolet Impala 396! The engine is not frozen, we turned it very slightly just too see for ourselves. There are a bunch of knobs I found in the glove box of the Impala, I think (not sure though) that one of them was the wiper switch & knob. There were more knobs but I didn't really look at them at the time, the wind was blowing 40 mhp! I am not claiming this car is anything but a rebuilder, the speedometer says 23K but it is most likely 123K and this car is sold as a rebuilder only!!! Hasn't been started or ran for 30 years or more, is basically a complete old car that you can't throw a battery in and drive away, once again "SOLD AS A REBUILDER ONLY" and sold as is! EVERYONE else has been able to understand that but for the one who can't this is for you! Old worn out car that has sat outside 30+ years, has 396 big block that isn't frozen and the car is pretty much complete, takes some vision but for those of us who have a TV and the ability to work the remote know what can be done with them from watching all the restorer's "work their magic". I hope I have made this a little more clear to you, no more NASTY emails necessary. On another note I am getting bidders with new accounts not contacting me and I am having to cancel way too many bids, if you don't contact me first I have to assume it's a scam and cancel the bids.
