Up for auction is a 1965 Ford Mustang, C code Coupe PROJECT/ Parts car that is Rust Free. The car was in a drivers side accident about 30 years ago, and the car sat in storage until I recently bought it. The car originally had a 289, 2v that was backed up by a C4 automatic transmission. The car has the Rare bench seat option, and the seats in the car have the original covers on them. The door panels are original also. The car spent all of it's life in the Las Vegas area, and I bought it from the second owner. The car was hit on the drivers side, damaging the fender aprons, and pushed the left frame rail in about 2 inches. It was not a high speed accident by any means. The previous owner planned on fixing the car, and after 30 years he decided that he was now to old to take on the task. The passenger side body lines are great, and the rear end is in great shape overall. The drivers side from the door back is very nice also. I took a picture of the floor pans on the inside and they are great.. even the floor grommets are still soft. The car will be sold to the highest bidder, and NO RESERVE!! The car is being sold as she sits, no motor or transmission will be included. The glass is all there, and it's all Carlite original glass. The windows roll up and down like they should, but they could use some lube and a few window rollers. The doors open and close like they should, the heater box is still in place, and looks pretty good overall. The Heater/ blower motor switches are still in place.
