1967 Ford Mustang Up for auction is a nice driver quality Ford Mustang. It has a Mexican block 302 ci engine, 4V Edelbrock 600 CFM carb, and a C4 automatic transmission. The engine runs strong. It has a slightly over stock camshaft, Parker funnel web intake manifold and a set of long tube headers to start off the vintage sounding glass pack exhaust system. The engine was recently rebuilt by our local machine shop that specializes in engine building. It received 30 over pistons, hardened seats in the heads amongst all of the new bearing, etc. The transmission was serviced as well with a new front and rear seal, pan gasket and filter. The rear end is a limited slip with a good road gear. Electrical in the car is all in working condition, headlights, high and low beam, turns, flashers, and reverse lights. The original Am radio is not working at this time. The interior of the car is nearly all original. The headliner and carpet were replaced with new, and the rest is reconditioned original parts. The instrument cluster and the rest of the dash pieces were painted due to pealing chrome. The inside of the doors were touched up as well as the metal parts of the dash. All of the gauges except the oil pressure gauge are working, fuel, speedo, temp, etc. The brakes are 4 wheel power drum. They have all been serviced as necessary with new pads all the way around. They stop the car well for a nearly 50 year old system. The exterior of the car was recently painted. It has a tear drop hood scoop to allow for the taller intake and a blacked out hood treatment with accent stripes. As pictured all of the door jambs and under hood and trunk are blacked out. The body and paint is a 8/10. Not perfect but a very presentable driver. Nearly all of the cars chrome/trim is original. The bumper, window trim, rocker moldings, fender emblems are all original. It did receive a new set of wheel well lip moldings. The wheels are 15” aftermarket styled steel with tires that have great tread. They are however starting to show some weather cracks in a couple places. Overall this Mustang is a great running driving car that will make any classis car enthusiast smile as you cruise down the road.
