Vehicle Detail
This TD is an older ground up restoration Looks and drives great. Body: Excellent Chrome: Excellent Rubber: All but new on New Wire Wheels Upholstery: Excellent condition. Leather seats. Dash is beautiful. Top is New Professional restoration has held up very well, with the exception of the paint that has been noted above Any questions call Dennis @ 484-645-3468 This vehicle is being offered for sale because it is to nice of a vehicle to not be driven and enjoyed. Unfortunately, we have not had the time to do so, so we have decided it is someone else's opportunity. We have listed it with a very fair reserve with the intention of selling it. On Apr-19-14 at 08:32:20 PDT, seller added the following information: RESERVE HAS BEEN LOWERED This vehicle will be SOLD to the highest bidder On Apr-21-14 at 16:52:48 PDT, seller added the following information: I am going to answer a few questions We have owned the vehicle since 1992. During that period, I have put less than 1000 miles on it The car have side curtains I have included pictures of the tonneau cover and top up wheel spokes and splines appear seem to be tight ( just a quick ck, NOT GOSPEL) oil pressure shows good engine sounds good ( Bill, I am sorry I could not get the readings you were looking for, warm & higher rpm ) Production was March of 1953 # 25783 out of a total production of 29915 The only after market parts that i am aware of since we owned it is a MOSS fuel pump & coil I forgot to check the ground question ( Strike 2, Bill ) Here is a quick description of the car when we acquired it. This MG was completely restored from the originial chassis, engine, drive train, sheet metal, instruments( except for the ignition/headlight switch) and mechanical parts. Where necessary new "parts of parts were fabricated. Some accessories are new re-creations carefully fabricated of authentic materials and style. **Please do not ask what that means, you will have to make your own conclusions (it is just what it says) On Apr-21-14 at 17:08:25 PDT, seller added the following information: Updated pictures still do not capture the condition of the paint with the equipment I have. As I have stated in the past, the paint is starting to have hair line cracks in it. From 20' the car looks great but the paint is flawed upon close inspection. To all who have requested better photos, I tried.
