The pipes are not rotted through anywhere. Inside the tank needs to be cleaned. Clean paper work in hand. I have the original paper work and original owners manual. These have transferable registrations from back in the day. Its just like a title and good in any state or country. I bought it to restore but never got to it. I have a few of these so this one can go. It ran fine when it was parked many years ago. It has now sat in the garage since 1978. Today 4/17/14 I pulled it out of the garage and checked it over. The motor spins free and has all the gears. Nothing is stuck. The brakes even still work. This is for total restoration or parts. I have extra parts that can go with it.
