This car was donated to our independent high school here in Bellingham to be sold to fund our Financial Aid Program. We provide an experiential education to students who are at risk of dropping out, have trouble fitting into the public school model, or wish to have a more personal educational experience. All students who cannot afford tuition are awarded financial aid to ensure that money does not get in the way of their education. All proceeds from the sale of this vehicle will go directly into our Financial Aid Fund. This Chevy was owned by a single owner until 2008, when it was sold to the person that donated it to us. With original parts, a well running engine, newly rebuilt brakes, and no history of accidents or injury, this is a well cared for gem! The main areas in need of repair are all aesthetic (interior upholstery needs deep cleaning, could use an exterior paint job, some pieces could be re-chromed). Features like windshield wipers, head/tail lights, dome light, speedometer, odometer, turn signals, and fan system still work well. Less than 100,000 miles on this car which has had regular maintenance and tune-ups all through its life.
