You are bidding on a 1984 Dodge 600ES Turbo Convertible This car is a classic. One of only 1786 made. It was bought in 2010, I fixed it up for my son and registered in 2011 with 120K; not 150K as the vehicle history report says. Another flaw in the vehicle history is that it says the engine is a 2.6L. I AM SURE it is a 2.2L turbo. Underside is very clean for it's age, I fixed the front floors, the back floors and the trunk are great. The body had some surface rust in the usual places, so I repaired rust spots and touched-up the paint. New brakes- EVERYTHING from the master cylinder, lines, calipers, cylinders, hardware, linings, and rotors and drums New, hoses, lines, and belts. Turbo is remanufactured. Cleaned and detailed every piece inside and out Uses a little power steering fluid. A/C compressor clutch bearing is bad, but the system is still hard with freon. Also, the temp gauge and gas gauge are not reading; but the low fuel light still works, so running out isn't an issue. The top is old and needs replaced; but once it is down, the parade boot covers everything nicely. See pics. It went into storage every winter It went to car shows regularly till fall 2012, it was not brought out in 2013. It is an exceptional 30 year old car. 3/26/14- I just had it running to pull it out of the storage locker when the car behind it sold. It started right up and runs fine. The digital dash odometer reset button is now stuck and I cannot get the mileage reading to come up anymore. There is now a spot of rust starting by the gas cap door.
