1990 Ford F-150 Lariat XLT 4x4 You’re bidding on a 1990 Ford F-150 XLT Lariat with four wheel drive. This truck had been kept in a heated and cooled garage for 24 years. I purchased it at the home of the original owner in 2013. I purchased it because I was looking for a truck to use in my remodeling business to haul away construction debris. However this truck is too nice to tear up on a construction site. Everything on this truck was original; paint, seats, tires, rear cover chrome etc. when I purchased it. It’s a collector’s item or a new truck with an old look if you’re looking to buy a new truck. I’m very happy with the truck and don’t’ want to use it for a construction vehicle. This truck needs a driver owner looking for good transportation or just to park back in the garage and take on Sunday drives. I did some things to the truck immediately upon purchasing it. I took it to a trusted mechanic. Did an emissions inspection, flushed and changed all the fluids including transmission, engine, brake lines, repacked the wheel bearings. Tuned the engine, recharged the air conditioner. We changed all the brake lines. Turned the rotors installed new breaks and new brake lines, and put new pads on the truck. We adjusted the air conditioner because 24 years ago Freon was being used and we don’t use it today. We had the window darkened which has a life time warranty. I darkened the windows because the fabric on the seats had not seen the daylight as I wanted preserve that new seat look. The truck has a 5.8 liter engine with an automatic transmission. The 4x4 is stick shift on the floor. The underside of the truck looks new no mud, the exhaust system and other metal parts on the truck look bright and shiny. It’s original. This is a great truck for the right person. Title is clear I have the original manual book. It would not be possible to buy a lesser truck off the street with normal miles and restore it to this condition for the price I’m offering this truck for. Moldings alone including 2 original ford bumpers would cost $8,000 to $10,000, the bumpers and molding on this truck look new and they are original. The truck had 36,109 miles when I purchased it. It now has 37,000 something as shown in the photos. There were at least 150 men at this estate auction, all came to see or buy this truck.
