Original 1968 chevy van 108 series , and has upgraded suspension ....I am the second owner and the van has less than 100k miles ..the original 307 V8 was replaced three years ago with a rebuilt 350 V8 with an RV cam a new Endura shine Edelbrock Intake and carburetor , It has the stock Manual 3 speed transmission with a smooth shifting three on the tree , and is a blast to drive , I replaced the entire exhaust system with my own version of the iconic Zoomies using The Best quality components available / The engine and drive train has been very reliable and I have replaced all brakes wheel cylinders , front drums , tires and rims within the last 3 years to make it very dependable , The windshield and rubber gasket front seats and stereo CD player were also updated , but it still has a NOS KRACO 8 Track in the dash that has never even been hooked up , Some minor body work was started and the only rust was in the top of the windshield corner that was repaired when windshield was out , There is not any rust underneath as the original owner had it rustproofed at the dealer at the time of orig sale , The orig seats were replaced with Mazda Miata seats that are very comfortable , and All Lights , horn, blinkers and wipers work great. it was repainted 15 years ago and could use it again, it was always this Original green color and has a Very interesting history Dating back to the early 70s including a Party with Jerry Garcia and OLD And In The Way ,,, I hope someone will love this van as much as I do ,,I planned on keeping it for a long time ,but my plans have changed,,,,Please ask any questions @ 619316-4092 ,, Van is located in Spring Valley Ca 10 miles SE of San Diego 91977 I can store up to 30 days after deposit and assist in loading or host any mechanics or 3rd partys that would like to come over to TEST DRIVE or inspect any aspect of the Van,,, Also the original owner is still available locally to verify the history etc..
