1972 BMW R75/5 SWB recently purchased from an estate in northern California where it spent it's entire life. These are getting harder to find in this condition and unfortunately, I will be unable to keep it. The bike runs great and has a a wonderful patina and personality only acquired by age and even with it's chips scratch's and wear, could be an excellent candidate for a beautiful restoration. However that being said, I would ride it for years just the way it is (They are only original once). I would not hesitate riding this bike to New York and back at the spur of the moment. The included "Toaster Tank" has rust on the inside and will need to be cleaned and lined before use. Also included in the sale are two service manuals, two new Avon tires, owners manual and small bag of tools under the seat. The registration is paid until August 2014 and the tile is clear with the pink slip in hand. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Good luck!
