!! NO RESERVE AUCTION!!1979 Chevrolet Camaro z28. It has a very strong 350 engine with a th350 automatic transmission. This car is very solid with no rust. The floor pans,frame rails,trunk,body etc are all solid. The interior is in good shape. It has new carpet,seats are in great shape other than a small spot on the drivers seat where a seam is tearing. The dash is in great shape and all the gauges work. The power windows work great. The power locks do not work. The drivers door panel has some screws in it due to some broken tabs but still looks presentable. There is some places around the door that could use some weather stripping soon. T-tops and other glass is in good shape and do not leak. The previous owner had the car painted in 2011 and is a decent paint job. It has a good reflection and shine but does have a few very small scratches. The previous owner also had the original engine rebuilt at a machine shop in Stuart Florida. It was a quality rebuild that cost over 6k. The 350 engine was bored .030 over (355) with forged internals and a decent size cam (I do not have cam card for exact specs) that has a nice choppy idle. The heads were worked over during the engine build. The engine also has 1.7 roller rockers,a weind aluminum intake,and long tube headers. The turbo 350 transmission was also rebuilt with a stock stall convertor and is under warranty. Since we bought the car we have spent some money to finish the build off and get the car right and ready to sell. In the past 2 weeks I have bought and installed a new edelbrock 600cfm carburetor,a rebuilt power steering pump,rebuilt alternator,new front brakes,new drivers window motor,and had some exhaust work done. It runs good and is ready to go. All lights and electrical work. The ac is not installed although I do have the original compressor,brakets and hoses that were in the trunk of the car when we got it. I doubt the compressor is any good or it would not have been removed. Overall the car is a good looking solid driver that wold not take much to make it a show car. I try to be very honest in my ads and list the good and the bad. I have bought and sold several classics on ebay and have never recieved bad feedback. I dont sell junk.
