Only TN residents pay sales tax. Out of State buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. We provide optional 30 day temporary plate for $5.50. By placing a bid you are obligated to complete the transaction or non-payer will be forwarded to a collection agency for further actions. $500 deposit is not refundable if the sale is not completed within 7 days due to any financing or family issues. Title processing (in some cases) may take up to 30 days.
