1987 Dodge Ram W-150 4x4 Power Ram.....225 slant 6 (last year for the slant 6 six) with 4 speed manual transmission....This truck DID NOT COME WITH AIR CONDITIONING......very simple ....easy to maintain truck.......This is a true RUST FREE truck.....has not been patched up or repainted.... NO Rust through or bubbles anywhere....couple of small places where the paint is broke that has surface rust ( I will post close up pictures of all the imperfections on Monday 1-13-14).....No rust means no rust...none in the rockers...none in the floor boards...none. This is the nicest 1987 un- restored Dodge Ram I have seen......the truck does have a few dents ( I will take close up pictures) and the paint is faded off the top of the cab and the hood. If I keep the truck I was going to take the truck to a paintless dent removel to get the small dents out and have the hood and top repainted.....The original Red still looks great...other than the hood and top.....the inside of the bed is very nice...not beat up at all. The truck runs and drives great ...the 4x4 works great....The 225 runs super with no noise...smoke or blow by.....the 4 speeds shifts perfect and the clutch is good....The truck needed a balljoint and tie rod to pass the Missouri State inspection....I paid a local shop the $390.00 to have both replaced...so the truck does come with a Mo. State inspection. You should be able to drive this truck home anywhere you live...I wouldnt be afraid to.The tires are probably about 60% and look good. The interior is nice....it has a couple of screw holes in the dash where a previous owner had a CB mic mounted......there is a nice after market stereo installed.....all the gauges work as they should...the dash lights do not.....if I get time I will try to get them fixed.....the seat has some cracks where the driver sits....but is not all tore up......The glass is all good....but the windshield does have scratches from bad wipers.One piece of trim missing on the passenger side. The vehicle history report says it was in some kind of accident 15 years ago....theres no accident damage under the truck or any Bondo anywhere....the accident must have been moderate and repaired by a quality shop.
