This bike has 62K miles on it. Runs and drives good! There have been lots of updates including lots of aftermarket accessories. The seats are good, a new front tire was installed by the previous owner a year ago or so. Registration tag is good till January 2015. Small dents and scratches, original paint, all with original emblems. Paint is ok. Lights, signals, horn are working. The previous owner installed an on/off switch to turn the headlight on. Daytimes the bike runs great but at sometimes at nighttime, when the switch and headlight are on, the voltage drops and drains the battery; possibly a short somewhere. Other than rear tire and possible short, the bike is in good shape and runs smoothly. Digital gauges work. AM/FM radio does not work. Only noise come out from speakers. It seems like the radio unit must be replaced. No oil or gas leaks, does not smoke while running. Rear tire need to be changed. This particular model was the top of the line model at the time and is known to go way over 300,000 miles. . Previous owner made the following upgrades over the stock Goldwing: . heavy duty fork brace . large touring windshield . floor boards for driver and passenger . rocker shifter . arm rests for passenger . back rest for driver - aftermarket touring hand grips with wrist throttle control. This bike is perfect for someone who knows about motorcycles and can put some work into this and make it a great bike. According to the previous owner, a few years ago, he changed the stator and regulator and also put a new front tire. The previous owner gave me the following items that I'll give them to you when you buy the bike: - A new stator - Rectifier - Starter - Honda Goldwing 1983 Aspencade cover I ride the bike to work a few days a week (to Palm Desert) and it runs just fine. I don't ride it t night that much because of occasional battery drain problem. I just don't want to put any money into this bike to fix the electrical and tire, etc. If you want to test drive the bike, you will need to have a valid California motorcycle driver's license and California-required helmet.
