Thank you for viewing my auction for my 2001 Audi S-8. The vehicle is in very good overall condition but does need transmission repair or replacement. It will go in reverse but slips in the forward gears. The body is in very good condition. There have been no accidents other than a minor crack to front bumper and hood, which has been repaired. (my wife struck a deer at low speed) I have owned this vehcile for 5 years and it has been the best car I have ever owned. All maintenaces have been routinely performed as well as major servicing. Within the last 30,000 miles the timing belt, water pump,and thermostate have all been replaced. Brakes complete, including hydraulics, have also been replace. Coil pacs, plugs, air filter, ect as well. Until recent transmision issue car drove beatifully. Interior is clean and all functions work as they should. Climate control works perfectly with ice cold air and heat as hot as you like it. The motor is strong and uses no oil. suspension and steering are tight. Note that 1 weel is different. I had a leak in the rear tire and the spare is on the car. The matching rim is in the trunk in good condition. I am selling as I am ready for a new S-8.
