Thanks for checking out this car. Let me be clear, this car is NOT running at the moment. The winning bidder MUST be able to tow the car away unless you are a mechanic and can address the few problems with it. Right now it needs a NEW battery and fuel line (gas is not getting to the carburetor). Outside of that, there are no other known problems with the car. Outside is is good condition. Inside is in fairly good condition. This is a great deal. I'm setting the buy it now price at 1200. Good luck. This is my all original 1964 AMC Rambler 550. It is in pretty good condition. It has been sitting in storage for about 2 months. It was running when i cranked it up several months ago. I tried to crank it today and it wanted to turn over, but I believe that the battery is no good. There may also be an issue with Gas getting to the carburetor. A mechanic looked at it and told me that for less than 100 bucks he could have it up and running. At the time I did not have the money. But no major issues with this car besides those two issues. I would not recommend trying to drive it until it is throughly inspected and those two things are fixed. The interior is in really good condition. Dash is in tact. All lights switches work to my knowledge. Engine is good. I paid 2200 for this car about 6 months ago, and do not have the time or money to continue to restore it. Make me a reasonable offer and we can talk. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with picking up this vehicle. This vehicle is being sold as IS which means I assume no responsibility for the condition of the car after its sold. I have done my absolute best to describe this car.
