The Buyer agrees to pay for the vehicle in full by major bank check or major bank wire transfer service within 5 business days after the Ebay auction ends. All related bank or wire transfer fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The only warranty issued to the Buyer on this vehicle is the remainder of the Manufacturer’s warranty. No additional warranty of any kind is given or implied by the Seller. The Seller retains the right to terminate the transaction with the Buyer at any time should the terms of this agreement be violated. The Buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle from the Seller in Connecticut within 7 days after it has been paid for in full and funds have “cleared” and been deposited into the Seller’s bank account. The Buyer assumes all responsibility for insuring the vehicle and its condition immediately after the transfer of ownership has been executed. The Seller agrees to send the Buyer a Connecticut DMV Bill of Sale document and “clear” Connecticut DMV Title of Ownership within 3 business days after the vehicle has been paid for in full and funds have cleared. The Seller will be glad to cooperate with the Buyer, or the Buyer's auto transport service, with regard to setting up a mutually acceptable date and time for picking up the car.
