You are looking at a beside the barn find. This is a 1947 chevy 3/4 ton long bed truck that was rescued from beside a barn where it has been sitting for the past 40 years. It is really a solid truck for as long as it has been sitting. It has a good cab, doors, hood and front fenders. The rear fenders and bed are a little rougher but could be used. Most all of the truck is there with the exception of the transmission and radiator. I would say it would be a good parts truck or it would make a good Rat Rod, It could be restored but it would take a lot of work. There is surface rust but the only rot/holes I see is the front of the bed. the cab, doors, front fenders are solid. Please know this truck is not junk but it does need a lot of work to get it back on the road. I am guessing the motor is locked up but I have not tried to turn it over. Please look at the pictures and bid accordingly. I do have a Tx title for the truck, and I reserve the right to end the auction early as the truck is for sale locally.
