Terms of Sale If vehicle is going to be registered in Ilinois, 7.25% tax is due at the time of delivery along with tags. Out-of-state buyers will pay tax in their own state or according to "reciprocal state" tax laws. If you will be registering this vehicle out of the state of Illinois, we will provide you with a 30-day drive-away tag at a state cost of $10. A $164.30 documentary fee is required for every vehicle purchased. All vehicles are sold as-is no warranty, unless they are still under manufacturer's warranty. The miles posted are the actual miles at listing but may vary slightly due to local test-drives, in-transit, and/or demonstration purposes.
