Scooter is CA Smogged and was registered this year. Unit was made in China, so quality of original parts shows gaps in plastic housing in areas on bike. Some slight scratches and missing paint, but overall in good condition. Bike was purchased new from dealer and has original miles. Great commuter bike for the beginner. Comes with side saddle bags and I have extra front break pads that I purchased this year still in the original package. Top speed is approx. 70 MPH.
