This is a BEAUTIFUL 1973-74 CR125M ELSINORE "TRIBUTE" was made from a 1977 HONDA ELSINORE CR125M was just Now Cosmetically Restored (as detailed above & below) to look a lot like a 1973 & 74 CR125M ... This GREAT Running "Ready To Go" 1973 Honda Elsinore CR125M Vintage Race "Tribute" Bike....Just to get everyone up to speed a 1977 CR125M is By FAR a Technically Better & Mechanically Superior bike as compared to a 1973-74 CR125M ELSINORE (as detailed below) ..This beauty was just Now Freshly Cosmetically Resto/converted from a 1977 CR125M ELSINORE ..to look a lot like a 1973 -74 ELSINORE CR125M.(IE..that is why we are calling this a 1973 CR 125M "Tribute") Please Note: Being that it has Dual rear shocks & a Piston Port engine etc. I believe that it is one of the ~Last of the GREAT Vintage Racing Honda CR 125M ELSINORE's Ever Made ! This Vintage Racing Capable bike has been finished to look a lot like a 1973 CR125M ELSINORE, The GREAT News is ...Having a couple extra years of AMAZING "HONDA Development & Updating" this is a Technically FAR Superior Racing Bike as compared to a 1973 CR 125M (IE) the 1977 VS the 73' CR 125 M... this 1977 has nearly TWICE the front AND rear Suspension Travel (with Vastly Superior "Nitrogen Pressurized" Struts) & Also a "SIX" Speed Transmission and even MORE Horsepower ! ! ! Yet, She is Still a Vintage Race-able Piston Port style engine & Dual rear Shock Suspension ! *NOTE: ..FEAR NOT..As everyone I am sure already knows.. ALL two stroke racing engines unlike less efficient 4 stokes are Designed & are Supposed to smoke a little..When the above Video was taken we just assembled the bike & we quickly mixed up some oil & fuel to do a test run..But, as you can see we guessed a little heavy on the pre-mix Oil to fuel.. Since this video we have the added the correct oil/fuel ratio & the bike does not smoke anywhere near like what the video shows above.( I would have had my son make a new video but he has not been back here since this video was taken). *Again, This AMAZING Great Running Bike is a Dream with her AMAZING Balance & She Feels Very Light, Natural & Extremely AGILE ..This is a Vintage " WORLD CLASS" Dirt Racing Motorcycle ! PLEASE NOTE: Here is a Picture of our other 1973 Honda Elsinore tribute CR ELSINORE that we Displayed at the "WORLDS LARGEST" MOTORCYCLE SHOW (the Cycle World / Progressive Motorcycle Show, Los Angeles, California area)..in Our "Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Clubs" Booth last December 7-8-9th 2012..I believe this Auctions Bike is Vastly Superior in Every Way, we would have shown this auctions bike instead but it just was not completed at that time (In fact we just finished her this week). I believe this AMAZING bike has its; Original HONDA "ELSINORE" CR125M Down Pipe & what looks to be her Original Factory CR 125M Silencer. (I will also include a add on SPARKY "COBRA "Spark Arrestor"* FREE* to the New Owner) It also has an "Original 1973 125 Elsinore" Front Fender & Mud Flap. The seat is a BRAND NEW Professionally re-upholstered & slightly customized to look ~Exactly like a 1973 CR 125M Seat. I purchased a Brand New 6 Piece engine seal kit & We just now installed the "Brand New Engine Crankshaft Seal" & we also rebuilt the Original CR 125M Carburetor, & Cleaned the Entire Fuel system & added a Quality inline Fuel Filter etc. ...We took the bike all the way down to ~ the Bare Frame + Cleaned & refinished most everything then hand reassembled ~everything back onto her frame piece by piece.. She has her Original METAL (not Plastic) 77' CR125M Fuel tank that was painted Aluminum & Green Racing Colors to look like a 1973 & 74 CR125M. We also cleaned, painted & refinished the; Frame, Hubs, Spokes, Exhaust system, 1973 Front fender & rear fender etc. to look ~like a 1973-74 ELSINORE CR 125M If you are a serious buyer. Please email me for some of the "BUILD IT" Pictures... We also added a Complete 1973 HONDA "ELSINORE" CR125M Graphics / Logo Decal kit. We installed Brand New Front Tire & a Brand New Tube & a ~Brand New Rear Tire & tubs, Brand New Vintage rubber handlebar Hand Grips as well as Brand New Throttle Cables & Brand New Clutch cables. She has Brand New Rubber Fork Tube Boots, She has NICE Upgraded & refinished Vintage MX handlebars & also upgraded clutch & front brake levers. This is NOT a Concourse bike & was not Built to be a SHOW Bike etc....But, I can tell you it will typically Draw a Crowd of people where ever we have parked or Shown her ! ..I personally Think of this bike as a STUNNING ...& CR125M ELSINOREs are Considered Serious Vintage Race Bikes ...If I had a Man Cave in my Home I would put this Bike in the Highest Seat of HONOR !
