Up for auction is my Monte Carlo SS. I bought this car for my son as a father/son project. My son changed his mind and wants a different car now. I would love to keep it, but there are two factors keeping me from doing so.. Room to store it inside ( it is in my garage now because my chevelle is in body shop ) and this is a futrue classic, it deserves to be restored and garaged.. Any way, this car is being sold as is, sale is final. The car is all original. It may need a new battery. Needs two patches on passenger side quarter in front of rear tire and behind. The roof and trunk probably need to be stripped, but Im not a body man, just my opinion, has a slight dent by drivers door handle and some dings in door as well. hood got a slight dent in it. bottoms of doors are scaly but are solid. door hinges do not sag and close nice . the trunk is in great shape The interior is in great shape for age, no rips in seats but on tops of door panels and on the drivers side corner of the seat show a little fading, but very minimal ( could easily be dyed to look 100%).it is visible in pictures but again very fixable and minimal, carpets are good, needs headliner. radio works, didnt try cassette player though I dont think gauges work accurately and windows and locks are currently not working, probably something stupid . all wheel wells are in good shape. I drove the car around the block, it handles great and shifts through gears, thats as far as I went with it.doesnt leak anything. it starts right up and idles good, needs a good tune up. Floor boards and underside of car are in great shape.The definitely needs to be gone over and needs paint but its an orginal and is all there. it has the F41 suspension and the gt4 rpo code, which says its got .373 gears. Please ask any questions before bidding. Car must be paid in full before car leave my possession by either cash or cleared cashiers check, which means the check has to be deposited in account first and cleared by bank. sorry too many phoney checks out there. I described this car to the best of my ability and disclosed all that I know about it.
