Ebay made me relist this as salvage due to a autocheck discrepancy. We purchased this A8 from the insurance auction with a clean and clear title, and still has a clean and clear title. There was no accident or theft recovery. All that was wrong was the airbag shocks wouldn't pump up and the hood wouldn't release. We found out that the shocks main compressor was bad and hood cables had snapped. We replaced them both and that was all. With it being sold at an insurance auction they now say it has salvage history sow we have to list it as salvage but the title is *CLEAN* and *CLEAR*Aletha Motors LLC, Brings you a Nice and Clean 2005 Audi A8 Quattro!This Audi A8 Has NO check engine lights or service lights on what so ever! As you know this Audi A8 is AWD, just in time for the winter snow! Also has factory keyless push to start, as well is heated seats, rear privacy shades, tinted windows and all the other bells and whistles! No need for Garmin as this A8 comes equipped with factory navigation so you will never be lost again! Engine runs very good, transmission shifts smooth through all gears! Vehicle runs and drives as it should and all electronic features function as they should also. This car drives like a dream. Buy this car today and drive it across country if needed! This is a no reserve auction so winning bidder takes it home regardless of price so dont miss out!!!When we purchased the car the hood would not release due to bad cable and somebody before us tried to pry the hood open so if you look at the picture closely you will see two lifted spots on the hood. We did replace the hood cables and the hood releases fine now. Hood can be heated and banged back down with no problem. Also behind both front wheels the side skirts have some indents (see photos) which seems to be from someone trying to jack the car up in the wrong spot. Rear bumper has scuff marks, Driver side fog light lense is cracked, Gas gauge does not work (only reads empty even on full tank), Tire pressure sensors not reading air pressure, You are purchasing this vehicle AS IS so all inspections need to be done prior to bidding.
