Vehicle Detail

I have here a virtually rust free (Front fender lower sections have through rust however the rest of the car is surface rust only) 1977 Pontiac Trans Am. It came as part of a package deal and I dont need it. It has a Posi trac rear end, True dual Exhaust, Center Line Wheels, New front body mounts, 350 engine and TH-400 transmsion. Holley carb. The car is running but it is NOT Road Ready in my opinion. Brakes look fairly new but don't seem to be functioning....may need a master cylinder. Engine seems to run decent but probably could use a tune up from sitting. I was told the engine and trans only had about 1000 miles on them but I can not comfirm Comes with new door seals, trunk seal and cowl seal. It does start and move but other than moving it around my driveway it has not gone anywhere in some time. Tires have almost new tread but are 8 years old. All window glass is in great shape. Trunk floors and floor pans look good. Floor boards look good, doors are great and the hinges and latches work like new, rockers and door/window frames look good. Shaker hood is in great shape as well as the shaker itself. Roof and quartes are in good shape but have surface rust. Front fenders are decent but will need work. Front and rear bumpers look good also Subframe looks good and the body bushings have been updated to poly-urathane - This is a very nice and straight body. If your car is rusted this is a great alternative to alot of expensve body work. The seats are in usable shape but they have been dyed, same goes for the door panels. Dash has some cracks. I believe I have all the interior trim pieces (they are used). I have the fender flares but they would need some repair. The previous owner did a good bit of work to the car in the last 1000 miles and I have a lot of receipts for it. He sold it due to health problems but he allowed it to sit for a few years before finally being sold. Originally a factory A/C car. I have a set of snow flake wheels I can include with the car. On Nov-13-13 at 19:33:25 PST, seller added the following information: Just to be clear as you can see in the pictures the car does have surface rust in areas. My opening statement was geared toward major rusting or rot not surface rust. Sorry for any confussion. I took lots of pictures, not trying to hide anything.  I am not a Trans am expert.  This car is being sold as-is where is. I do have the rear window trim, the car will have to be towed as it's safe driveability is unknown. There is a title but it was filled out incorrectly by the previous owner (2 sales ago)  and would need to be corrected by him. However I am including the title, the 2 previous bill of sales and the cars last know registration along with my bill of sale to you. This should be sufficant in most states to register the car. Please ask any other questions before bidding. Thank you.On Nov-17-13 at 12:56:37 PST, seller added the following information:I will be out of town from Nov 24 thru the 30th please keep this in mind when bidding.
