From 10 feet away this car looks excellent but the truth is it is ready for a full restoration to bring it back to its former glory. The car has 78000 miles on the clock and that is believed to be accurate. The car was stored for 15 years and freshended up to drive in the last year. The car has a newer power brake booster and the hide away lights have been converted to electric. They open and close better than new. It has also been converted to electronic ignition. The convertible top was not photographed up because the cylinder that raises it is not working. The top is in good shape but does have one tear which has been repaired. All the guages work and the buzzer goes off when you put the key in the ignition with the door open.The tires are brand new (3 weeks). The engine runs excellent the transmission works as it should but it drives rough, I would recommend trailering the car to your location as the brakes need work. The engine and transmission are original to the car (numbers matching) the rear is from a 69 nova it has 3:70 gears. the original air cleaner cover, carburator and manifold come with the car. The car has had a very bad attempt to patch the floor pans and they could use a complete replacement. The fender wells have some rust and the radiator brace is rusted as well. (see pic) The brakes need work. Like I said if your handy and can do brakes and stuff you could use the car as a driver but it needs restoring. Althought the engine runs well and shifts well the car does have some leaks.
