No title. This car comes with a Bill Of Sale. For parts only. 2002 Honda, runs great. But, can not re-tittle in most states because of insurance. Motor runs like new, no rust at all. Everything works. I drive it every day with no sign of any flood damage or any other damage for that matter. I drive it with my dealer plates if you're wondering. It has two brand new tires in the front. It is a big shame that this car has to be used for parts but if you have another one to work on, this is the best for your money. You can export this car or use it with dealer plates like I have been doing. If you are getting it for parts, this is the best option. Absolutely everything works on this car. No issues at all.
