This is a chance for a lucky buyer to acquire a very nice 1985 911SC Targa Carrera. First time listed on eBay. This car has not been messed up with. It has not been in any accidents. The paint, the top, the interior, engine and transmission are all original. The top is in a great shape with no tears whatsoever. The car has a brand new fuel pump and the transmission has been rebuilt in Denver, about 10,000 miles ago (have receipts for $3500). The car has about 148,000 miles on the clock and it drives great. It has service history going back about 10 years. It has not had very many repairs over the years because it was babied by the previous owners (as well as myself). The guy I bought it from was a meticulous owner and had it garaged all the time and hasn't driven it much. The engine starts first time every time in heat or cold weather and it does not smoke and has good compression. Tires are made by an expensive brand and there is still lot of thread left. Original Fuchs alloy wheels. AC has been taken out but I have it, so it could be put back on. This 911 drives great. There is nothing wrong or not working to be said about this car. However there are few blemishes (all cosmetic), such as the paint chips on the front bumper, the trunk and the passenger door, few small dings and the driver seat has a few inches long tear on the side but it didn't split up. The dash top has 3-4 cracks but that is quite common, specially in Colorado. There is a nice dash board cover, same color as the interior and it looks very nice. There is also about 4" crack in the lower part of the windshield, but it does not obstruct driving since it is lined up with the wiper blade. It didn't bother me at all. Overall this car is a great value and a good investment. Asking less then these cars sell for. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
