1947 Buick convertable custom hot rod. This is a fantastic car being built for an everyday driver. It was pulled from a barn in NJ 10 years ago and has been in the process of a custom build by professional custom car shop for several years. It has a tilt steering column connected to a Fat Man front suspension with power rack and pinion steering, dropped spindles, disc brakes, and coil springs. Fresh 350 with a lot of chrome and a 700R4 transmission. rebuilt 12 bolt rearend with coilover suspension. New brake system, New wiring harness, and gauges, frenched headlights and taillights, new dual exhaust, new fuel lines, fuel pump and fuel cell. Body was removed from frame and underside painted with POR. Frame repainted, all new body mounts. Firewall smoothed, door handles shaved. Front and rear bumpers and bumper guards all rechromed. New door panels and rear panels still in the box. No expense was spared in the work done on this car. Have about 15,0000 worth of receipts for parts and professional labor. The man building the car died about a year ago and the car was purchased from his estate. Has a clear title. It starts right up and drives fine. Engine runs right at 180 degrees. All the hard work is finished. Body, floors, and trunk are solid. Just needs a light skim coat of filler and a sanding to get it ready for paint. Interior needs carpet, seats recovered, and a new convertable top. Top frame works fine. Wiring is all connected to engine and gauges, and is run to front and rear just needs hooked up to lights. Put a little more time and effort into this car and you will have a 40-50k custom show winner! I am selling for a friend.
