I informed the buyer of the rust and refunded him the deposit. I relisted the item with the new found rust in the description and sold it for half what he won it for. I wasnt trying to do anything shadey. I was trying to do the right thing and got a negative review for it. There was a language barrier between the two of us which complicated things further.
