Hi and thank you for checking out our listing. This 2001 GMC Yukon XL (identical to a suburban) has been very well maintained. It is a very rare 2500 chassis 3/4 ton. It is 4 wheel drive ......It has the 3rd seat...SLT trim with leather...power factory sunroof, and all the power options possible in this truck...(cruise cd power windows..power seat etc) It was traded on a new Acura MDX and is in excellent condition for its year and mileage. It also is equipped with the extremely rare 8.1 litre big block engine. This combination I personally am very familiar with as I own the exact same truck in a Chevrolet Version. This truck is perfect for towing a trailer, plowing...for light and heavy duty use. The 2500 chassis comes with the all the heavy duty equipment. This vehicle was not used for commercial use. The ride control light is on. On my suburban, I replaced the factory set up with standard rear shocks...this is a common upgrade...very inexpensive..(about 150.00)....might have been done here as well but if not...easy fix.
