Vehicle Detail
You will not find a cleaner 2008 than this one! I am the second owner who bought it with 1381 miles, the original owner drove it from WV to Miami and back, that's it. The majority of the mileage I put on it were on annual bike trips with my cousin, uncle and brother, hardly any stop and go mileage on this bike. In 2013 the ONLY time I rode it was on the 1-week bike trip, its been covered and on a trickle charger in my garage the remainder of the time. I have an 11-month old daughter that has held my heart and time since she was born, hence the purpose behind the sale. I have put a LOT of money into this bike since I've owned it with lots and lots of great accessories anyone would love, the easier ones were installed by me while the more difficult by Great Lakes Motorsports of Flint, MI (I can provide a receipt as proof): 1.) K&N air filter installed by Great Lakes Motorsports of Flint, MI 2.) Cobra Speedster Swept chrome pipes installed by Great Lakes Motorsports of Flint, MI 3.) Proper jetting for the air filter and pipes done by Great Lakes Motorsports of Flint, MI 4.) Show Chrome swing arm hinge covers installed by Great Lakes Motorsports of Flint, MI 5.) Kuryakyn chrome swing arm covers installed by Great Lakes Motorsports of Flint, MI 6.) Kuryakyn chrome drive shaft cover installed by Great Lakes Motorsports of Flint, MI 7.) Show Chrome oil dipstick 8.) Pro-One Chrome billet choke knob 9.) Cobra chrome sissy bar/backrest 11.) Cobra chrome American flag sissy bar/backrest rear decorative cover 12.) National chrome speedometer cowl 13.) Show Chrome fuel shut off valve surround 14.) Show Chrome fuel shut off knob 15.) Kuryakyn chrome/rubber ISO grips 16.) Show Chrome valve stem covers 17.) Show Chrome vantage horn cover 18.) Vista universal cruise control 19.) Willie and Max revolution hard/soft saddle bags 20.) Mustang Vintage 2-piece sport touring seat (not pictured) 21.) Mustang leather tank bib 22.) Dowco Guardian Weatherall cover As far as mechanically, it is perfectly sound, runs and rides GREAT. It has never been laid down, has always been garage kept, fluids have always been full and oil changed regularly as well as started regularly when not ridden. This bike has been an absolute joy to own and ride! The bike is in need of nothing, I have recently put a battery in it so just add gas and GO (after payment of course)! The pictures simply do not do it justice nor do they include the Mustang seat purchased in 2013. As far as what comes with it, the stock seat and stock pipes come with the purchase as well as all installed accessories! I'm an honest seller looking for an honest buyer, my 100% eBay rating speaks for itself so bid with comfort. I understand the magnitude of this purchase so if one feels more comfortable speaking with me over the phone, don't hesitate to message me your number and I'll call you as soon as I can to discuss this auction further. About payment: $250.00 good faith deposit required via PayPal within 3 days of auction close with the remainder due in cash (preferably) at pickup within 14 days of auction close. The $4500.00 auction start price is my ROCK BOTTOM so please do not ask for a lesser sale price than that. I want to sell this bike, I don't need to. If this bike does not sell for $4500.00 or more I will relist in the spring when bike sales are much more common. 9/27/13 EDIT: I will be taking more pictures Sunday or Monday for posting here on eBay. I will get the odometer reading, the new Mustang seat as well as some closeups of the bike itself. If I can upload a video I will do that as well so you can experience the sound and comfort that she runs well. Thanks for your interest! 9/30/13 EDIT: As mentioned in the above edit I added some additional pictures taken just this evening. The first 4 pictures on this listing of the bike are older and do not reflect the new Mustang seat. Pictures 6-21 are brand new, taken just tonight after I gave her a wash. I took some close-ups of things not seen clearly in the first 4 older pictures such as the new Mustang seat, the Cobra pipes, both sides of the engine, the odometer reading and some of the chrome I've added. I hope these additional pictures help! Enjoy and again, if you have any questions don't hesitate to message me!
