With Subaru's legendary full time all wheel drive, its great in any weather condition, and the 227hp 2.0L turbocharged engine provides plenty of power to get up and go, while still providing the fuel economy you would expect from a 4 cylinder engine. This vehicle is equipped with a special order optional leather interior; two-tone blue and black leather seats with blue leather inserts on the door panels. Mechanically, the car is very sound. It starts right up, runs great, does not smoke or overheat. No significant leaks. Transmission shifts smoothly and as it should, no slips or anything. The starter does make a strange noise on cold starts after the engine turns over, my research shows this to be a pretty common thing with these cars, and does not effect anything. Car always starts right up. The tires have good tread left. Engine oil, transmission fluid, and engine coolant have all been recently replaced. Condition: This area is the one downside of this car, it is a little rough. The paint shines nicely, there are no major dents or damage to the body, but there are some significant scratches. There are also some light dings. The drivers seat has a large tear in the bottom portion, but its an easy fix from an upholstery shop. The interior is super clean other than that, no other damage. KBB value in fair (the lowest, needing body and mechanical repairs) is $5500, next step up in Good condition is $6300. Id rate this car somewhere in between, because it does have some cosmetic defects, but none mechanically. I have highlighted the body damages in the pics.. remember these are close ups and the car overall doesn't look as bad, but I dont want to leave any surprises. It's hard enough selling cars on ebay these days when it seems 90% of bidders are fraudulent. TERMS: PLEASE only bid if you intend to buy the car. I am a registered NYS Retail dealer, and this vehicle is being sold thru the dealership. NYS residents will pay the sales tax to me, and I can transfer your plates, but cannot issue you new plates at this time. Fees for NYS buyers will be as follows: $37 state emissions inspection (NYS fee), $50 title (NYS fee), $10 registration transfer (NYS fee), $75 dealer registration processing fee (dealer fee covering the process of handling the DMV paperwork). If you chose to process your own registration, the only fee that will apply is the $37 state inspection and of course sales tax. If you are an out of state buyer, there will be no fees or sales tax collected. If you are not planning to pick this car up locally, yourself, in person, you must contact me prior to bidding to let me know your situation.
