UP FOR AUCTION: ONE VINTAGE 1978 HONDA TWINSTAR CM185T....HAS BEEN IN STORAGE FOR OVER 20 YRS...2,603 ORIGINAL MILES & CLEAR TITLE! HAS BRAND NEW BATTERY....ITS GOT A BAD CONNECTION SOMEWHERE, SHOULD BE AN EASY FIX. TANK AND SEAT ARE IN VERY CLEAN CONDITION. there are a couple of small dings in the tank....SOME SURFACE RUST ON CHROME. WAS STORED W/ NO GAS IN TANK. OPENING BID IS $1,000....LOCAL AUCTION....PICK UP ONLY BIKE IS LOCATED IN WHITEWATER, WISCONSIN.- EMAIL ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO COME AND INSPECT IT. It kicks over, and has good compression. I bought the new battery expecting it to just turn over and run, as it was stored w/ no gas in it, ...the turn signals work, and It turns over, but it seems like its not getting spark.. I figure it is just a simple bad connection from sitting for so long. The guy I bought it from said it was running when he parked it...he ran it until it ran out of gas and put it up. Tank is clean, but has a couple of tiny dings in it- Barely noticeable.
