Re-listed with no reserve. The car started out supercharged but quickly became a full project after need more than a stock ss could provide. The engine has a fully built motor and turbo with about 3000 break in miles on it. The car makes 440 wheel horsepower on 24 psi as it sits currently. I made 472 wheel horsepower and 430 wheel torque several runs but gets a bit lean up top, this will need to be addressed with more fuel and tuning to keep it there but this turbo did it pull after pull. Our dyno runs proved that the 10CM TD06 20g can make 550 crank horsepower and we made it on this car! For daily driving the car will safely do the 400wtq 440whp as its tuned right now by the dealer. Boost builds from 1600 to full boost by 4000 rpm all the way to 7500. This car was tuned by a Chevrolet dealer. I have about 6 dyno graphs that come with the car proving the power made from 15 psi all the way to 28 psi. I also can provide videos of the car making said horsepower at the Chevy dealers eddy brake chassis dyno upon sale of the vehicle. This is a true tuners car and is ready to be daily driven as its setup. This car was built to be a full time daily driver. Great idle, revs to 7500 rpm and the engine and transmission are perfect. The money was spent on engine mods mostly so there is lots of room for furthur customization of this car. The ride is great, not bouncy, the choices of parts were made based on daily driving not all show and no go. Its a true domestic, with a hint of Mitsubishi (turbo). THIS CAR HOLDS THE RECORD FOR MOST HORSEPOWER MADE BY A 20G TURBO BY HAHN RACECRAFT! The wing on the car has been removed to give the car a sleeker look and lessen the import styling that came from the factory. The holes in the trunk including the lock are all shaved and smoothed over for a one off custom look. The car has some dings from hail but the hood, the roof, and the trunk have all been replaced and fixed. There are still a few in the pillar above the passenger door and hard to see ones in a few places in the fender. The interior is great, no rips in the leather, no smells, non smoker, interior is very clean, light paint rub in commonly touched places as found on all cobalts. Custom billet Hurst short throw shifter, replaced and adjusted ebrake handle, reverse light switch, cabin filter, and many other things. This car is in perfect working order, if it needed maintenance it was done. The wheels are custom one off drilled for the rare cobalt bolt pattern. You wont see them on any other car. Very aggressive spokes poke past the fenders but the rim of the wheel is flush. The car has light vibrations from the engine due to the high revving balance shaft delete and billet/rubber transmission mounts. These mounts also remove wheel hop and give the axles and transmission long life. These options, although performance oriented, still kept the car within driver comfort and daily driving. The car is tuned for E85, its required to make the 400-470whp. Its available everywhere where I live so I dont have a gas tune but if you would like I can have the car tuned on 93 octane at the dealer if so desired. It would make about 360 whp on 93 octane before becoming too dangerous due to detonation. I am selling due to having 3 cars/trucks. I have built 4x4's for the past decade and this car, although a fun project, doesnt meet my needs for more space and off roading.
