My car is a running car with a frame and motor and transmission and rear end ready to finish. Yes there is some body work and bondo will be needed, But if you finish this car you will never need to worry about what you spent on it......My own personal reason for selling is that I cannot fit into it to drive it, If I was comfortable in the driver seat I would take this to a custom shop or have my fabricator finish it and take it to an upholstery shop. the paint and interior should be able to be finished for 7000.00 or less.
