"The Story Behind This Car" - This vehicle was purchased from a DEA Seizure auction. This was a recovery by the DEA and was searched for substances. You can see that some panels were taken apart in order to search the car. This also explains the missing lock on the driver's door. I assume this is how they got into the car.. The autocheck shows a Salvage/Rebuilt history. It comes with a government title and can be registered and insured just like a regular car would be. "The GTI Now" The car drives like a dream. It drives down the road in a straight line without any shakes rattles or pulls. The engine sounds healthy and the 6-speed manual gear box shifts smoothly. The clutch feels almost new whether it was replaced previously or not. The brakes feels good and the tires are basically new. All of the options inside the car seem to function well (Radio, windows, A/C, etc..). Cosmetically, it has some damage on the driver's side door. A dent and some key marks are evident on the driver's side and I have done my best to show pictures of everything in detail so everyone can buy confidently! On the dash, the odometer shows 154K miles. If you would sit in the car and drive it without looking at the odometer, you would never know it. For the time we have owned it, premium 93 gas only and 5W-30 full synthetic oil. As for options, it has "Audi Fat-5" wheels painted gloss black, power windows, power locks, A/C, cruise control, power steering, power locks, traction control, a moon roof, a CD player, siruis XM radio, HID factory headlights, heated seats, power seats, and full black leather interior.
